科研經(jīng)歷
2004.9-2007.6,在湖北大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院攻讀碩士學(xué)位,專業(yè)為動物遺傳學(xué)。研究對象為果蠅,蝴蝶和蜘蛛等。所開展的課題為新基因的誕生和分子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化。在攻讀碩士學(xué)位期間,以第一作者發(fā)表SCI論文一篇(Journal of Heredity,IF=2.79)。
2007.7-2008.3,在湖北大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院細(xì)胞遺傳實驗室從事實驗員工作。除開展科研工作以外,幫助實驗室負(fù)責(zé)人撰寫基金申請書。由本人撰寫的申請書《內(nèi)含子的丟失與物種輻射之間的關(guān)系》獲得2008年國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目的資助。此外還參與了《遺傳學(xué)教程》的編寫工作。
2008.4-2008.7,受湖北大學(xué)細(xì)胞遺傳實驗室負(fù)責(zé)人的派遣,到云南省資源環(huán)境重點實驗室開展合作研究工作。在此期間,在張亞平院士的課題組從事分子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化與環(huán)境的關(guān)系的研究工作。
2008.8 -2011.9,在浙江大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院攻讀博士學(xué)位,專業(yè)為生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)。主要的研究工作是RNA二級結(jié)對pre-mRNA剪接的影響。在攻讀博士期間,以并列第一作者身份發(fā)表SCI論文一篇。(Nature Structural & Molecular Biology,IF=13.68),并且獲得了兩項獎勵(研究生一等獎學(xué)金,三好研究生)。此外,還參與了《新型I型糖尿病口服藥物的研制和中試》的部分研究工作。
2011.10-2015.09,在浙江大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院從事博士后研究工作。目前,以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表論文四篇[Journal of Heredity,IF=2.79;Genome (兩篇), IF=1.693;Trends in Evolutionary Biology,新雜志],以合作作者身份發(fā)表論文兩篇(RNA Biology,IF=5.68;Nature Communications,IF=12.38)。獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項目一項(23萬元),國家博士后基金兩項(合計10萬元),浙江省博士后擇優(yōu)資助項目一項(5萬元)。2012年6月,獲得得浙江大學(xué)中級職稱(助理研究員)。
2015.10-至今, 武漢生命之美科技有限公司,實習(xí)PI(副研究員)。主責(zé)多個科研合作項目,已接受發(fā)表論文四篇,另有多篇文章在審稿和修回中。
