研究方向
蛋白質(zhì)-RNA復(fù)合物在轉(zhuǎn)錄和表觀遺傳層面如何調(diào)控基因表達,以及如何在細胞分化和癌癥發(fā)生等命運決定過程中發(fā)揮作用。主要研究內(nèi)容包括:
1、 RNA結(jié)合蛋白的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控機制;
2、 反向RNA的功能與作用機制研究;
3、 RNA-Protein研究的新技術(shù)開發(fā)。
學(xué)術(shù)成就
2010年于武漢大學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位,2010年至2015在美國加州大學(xué)圣地亞哥分校進行博士后研究工作。2015年 入選中組部 “青年千人計劃” 和基金委 “優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金”。主要從事RNA結(jié)合蛋白和非編碼RNA在細胞重編程、干細胞分化及癌癥發(fā)生過程中的功能機制研究。近年來主要圍繞RNA結(jié)合蛋白和microRNA (miRNA)在神經(jīng)細胞重編程、癌癥發(fā)生和干細胞分化等方面的作用開展了系統(tǒng)性探索, 取得了前沿性突破,在Cell, Mol Cell, Nature, Gen Dev, Cell Research等發(fā)表10多篇科研論文。
