研究方向
腫瘤表觀遺傳及生物信息學(xué)研究,主要包括:
1. 新型非編碼RNA/腫瘤特異轉(zhuǎn)錄本鑒定及其在腫瘤中的作用機制和應(yīng)用研究;
2. 血液外泌體RNA高通量測序及其生物信息分析在腫瘤中的應(yīng)用研究。
工作經(jīng)歷及學(xué)術(shù)成就
2009年博士畢業(yè)后留在上海市腫瘤研究所癌基因及相關(guān)基因國家重點實驗室工作,2011年至2013年在斯坦福大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院做博士后,2013年9月起任復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院/腫瘤研究所和生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究院PI。致力于RNA表型組學(xué)和轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)研究,近年首次報道環(huán)狀RNA選擇性富集于外泌體,并建立首個人類血液外泌體長鏈RNA數(shù)據(jù)庫exoRBase,發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤特異轉(zhuǎn)錄本LIN28B-TST及潛在意義。迄今發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,他引率2000余次,主要研究成果發(fā)表于Nature Cell Biology, Cell Research, Nature Communications, Hepatology, Nucleic Acids Research, Cell Reports等專業(yè)雜志上。
